Financial Information
At Apollo Dental, we believe everyone deserves access to first-rate oral health care. We never want to put you in a situation where you find it difficult to include your necessary dental treatment in your budget. This is why we offer several options for covering the cost of your procedures.
Insurance
We are in network with most PPO dental insurance plans and many dental discount plans. We file dental claims on your behalf, which means you only pay your portion when treatment is rendered. For patients whose treatment requires a significant investment, we have financing plans available.
IN NETWORK: Aultra Dental, Aetna, Ameritas, Blue Cross, Cigna, Delta Dental, Guardian, Humana, MedCost, Metlife, Principal, Simple Dental, United Concordia, United Healthcare, and many others.
FSA and HSA Funds
We are able to process funds you have available in your health savings account (HSA) or flexible spending account (FSA) in order to utilize those benefits toward your dental services.
In-House Financing
For patients who are unable or do not desire to utilize traditional third-party financing, we are able to offer in-house payment plan options in certain cases. Typically a down payment of 30-50% of your required investment would be collected to activate the agreement and a monthly payment is conveniently processed on an automatic basis for a specified period of time.
Care Credit
CARE CREDIT is a great way to finance your treatment and can be utilized for any amount over $50. For transactions of at least $200, your payments would be interest free for at least 6 months! Care Credit is a third-party lender and eligibility does depend on factors like credit history and income.
Installments
For procedures that require multiple visits (such as for crowns, bridges, implants, dentures, and Invisalign), your copay may be charged in equally divided installments over the course of your treatment.
